Hmm, Slightly off-topic now but I was able to buy even the first truck on-line. I purchased ETS2 half a year ago (1.42 I think) and recreated all my profiles when 1.43 was released in December. When creating a new profile you select a "favorite brand" and immediately one truck dealer for that brand gets unlocked ("discovered").

i've just finished a long ride into the uk, and i decided to go to dover sinc it didn't appear unlocked on my map, however as i looked closer i saw i should have had it unlocked in the past because i've went through it once i thought it was a matter of some changed data when the latest update has happened so i decided to go through dover again to make sure it was back unlocked, but it seems

It wouldn't be a single colour, rather, a paint scheme or set of paints (ie. metallic). And you can look in the Paint tab and scroll down the list on the left, it will show what level is needed to unlock if they aren't already.

sorry but you should delete this if a file is locked like a truck mod ppl dont want you or anyone else to edit it. i think it is okay if you only do it for personal use but not if you want to edit it fully name and other stuff. also plz dont post a how to convert a workshop mod to a zip then ppl will leak stuff on site's.

If it takes SCS around a year or so to do a single country DLC that's 8 years until any road will connect Greece to the rest of Europe in the game. There's speculation on where they're going to focus on next anyway as it could be an Italy rework, Ireland or potentially a UK rework. B66yp.
